To use Team11, you must be at least 18 years old. Children and individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to create accounts or participate in any contests.

You must create an account to participate in contests. You can sign up using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

We offer free contests that allow you to participate without making any deposit. These contests may include bonus amounts that you can use for entry. Bonus amounts are non-refundable, even if a match is cancelled.

Paid contests require users to deposit funds before participation. The deposited funds will be used solely for entering contests.

• Contest Amount Refund: If a match is cancelled, the contest amount (entry fee) will be refunded to your wallet on the platform. This amount can be used for future contests or withdrawn according to the platform’s policies.
• Deposit Fund Refund: Deposit funds are non-refundable to the user's bank account. Once funds are deposited, they cannot be refunded to the original payment method. Ensure that you are comfortable with the contest fees before making a deposit.

• Contest Amount Refund: Refunds for contest entry fees are only available if the match is cancelled. These refunds are credited to your Team11 wallet, not your bank account.
• Deposit Fund Refund: Deposit funds are non-refundable to your bank account. You can use them within your Team11 account to participate in future contests.

Team11 does not display advertisements on its platform. We focus on providing an ad-free, clean, and engaging user experience.
